What does the free redesign cost me?
Nothing. We rebuild your homepage using your real services, reviews and service area, then send you a private link. If you do not like it, that is the end of it. No sales call and no card.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your cell exactly as it is. We give you a local business number that goes on your website and your Google listing, and it rings your phone like any other call. Everyone who already has your cell keeps using it.
Why not just use my cell number on the website?
Because then we could not tell a customer from your wife. Calls to the business number are always work, so we can text those people back without ever texting somebody in your contacts. It also means your personal phone can stay personal.
How do I know a call is a customer and not a wrong number?
Your phone shows it as New Customer, and you hear a short note saying the call came from your website before you are connected. That way you know to answer with your business name.
What does the customer get when I miss a call?
A text from the same number they just called, letting them know you are on a job and asking what they need. You get their number and their answer, so you can call back when your hands are free. If they would rather leave a voicemail, we write it down and text it to you.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Everything is month to month and you can cancel any time. The $299 build fee is one time, and the website is yours to keep and take with you.
Who owns my website and my domain?
You do, in your name. Your site is plain, portable HTML — export it any time and host it anywhere. We will even help you move it.
I do not have a website. Can you still build one?
Yes. Leave the website field blank and we build your redesign from your Google Business Profile. Your reviews, hours and services are usually all we need to start.
